I hope you’re not getting tired of these awards, because I’m here on a Tuesday with another award !! I am honoured, and humbled to be nominated my one of my favourite bloggers out there, she’s one of the first bloggers I’ve ever followed and I would say we have gotten to be good friends. Thank you so much Pooja from LifesFineWhine for the Inspiring Blogger Award. It’s seems a bit strange to accept an award from someone that I admire so much, someone who’s been an inspiration for me! Thank you so much.

Let’s get right into it!

1. Do you prefer Blogging or Social Media

Oh man. I do love Instagram, but I don’t think that social media is as authentic as Blogging. I think when it comes to writing down feelings, and thoughts I totally gravitate towards WordPress/Blogging over social media. In my opinion Blogging is more of my own space, social media is borrowed space if that makes sense.

2. What is your favourite post that you’ve published so far?

I have two for sure ! I loved LOVED the feedback I got on my 10 Tips on How To Clean out Your Closet, & most recently my post on Black lives Matter was very close to my heart – I think it resonated deeply with many of you as well. If you haven’t read either you should definitely check them out and let me know what you think!

3. What is one thing you are grateful for?

I’m always very aware and very grateful for 3 things at all times; my health, my family and my safety. I think those are three things that we almost always take for granted becasue we believe it’s our right to live healthy lives, or our right to always be safe. It’s not. It’s when we lose them that we yearn for them.

4. What inspires you to continue blogging?

I just see where I want to go so clearly. I see this as a growing platform, a space of joy, happiness, thoughts and lifestyle posts. I want to attract a wide audience through this blog. I have always found the drive within me to get a post up on time, write about topics that inspire me but the more people that I meet through this platform the more inspired I feel. So thank you, anyone who’s left a comment, liked a post, hit a follow button. Thank you for supporting me, seeing potential and just going along on this journey with me. I could never thank you enough!

5. What is the one thing you love about yourself?

That I never stop dreaming, and never stop believing in the potential of my dreams and myself. It’s not always been easy, but it’s been so worth it to work through the doubt, and fears to finally get to a place where I feel like I can accomplish anything I set out to do. I know so many people who settle for lives they aren’t passionate about, lives that don’t make them wake up every morning and jump at the chance of a new day. I never want to just exist, so I never want to stop dreaming.

My Nominees

Jai Lynn – Jai is the epitome of sweet. I think we’ve been following each other for a couple months now, so it’s really exciting to watch her blog grow. She is always so encouraging of what I write, and I don’t think she knows how much her words in my comments mean to me! I would say that we have developed a friendship through the comments, and I am just her biggest fan on WordPress! We have so much in common, one of which is that we are both in the process of writing our first books, so if you are also a writer let myself and Jai know – heck, we should start a writers club haha ! Mia (Beautiful-Inspiring-Creative-Life) – Mia and I have not known each other for very long but I am obsessed with her blog! Mia, I don’t think I have even told you this – I am obsessed with your blog haha! This girl knows whats up when it comes to being a goal setter, and growing her brand, and I admire her for that. Not only does she have the cutest journals, but she has a voice that I resonated with the moment that I read a post by her. I don’t know why it took me so long to follow her, but don’t make the same mistake I did. She’s quickly become one of my favourite bloggers out there, and I am honoured that she even follows me! She inspires the heck out of me, and makes me want to be the best I can be in each of my posts. You can check out here blog here! Jennie (50shad3s0fjay) – It’s funny, Jennie and I met at a “Blog Party” and instantly connected over the Law of Attraction. I can’t help but think that the universe had a plan in connecting us about a month ago becasue we have so much in common. She is so supportive, and one of the kindest, friendliest people I’ve met on this platform. Her blog is just pure sunshine, I look forward to sitting down and reading her posts every time she has a new one up. If you have not followed or check out Jennie’s blog you can do that here. My favourite blog post by her, the one that made me hit that follow button is called, Hello May / April Reflections | Deep Chats, Letting Go Of An Ex, Spirituality & More. I love the way she writes, I feel like I can almost hear her from the conversational way the words are written, so please go give it a listen.
